The lowest shell surface temperature, the newest thermal insulation technology and newest thermal transmission design to ensure the shell surface temperature +5℃ above room temperature only. Low PCB output temperature, the newest cooling technology, multi-zone & double-side cooling with max. Cooling length of 1400mm to ensure the lowest output temperature. Dual lanes with dual speed, with single machine cost to make double productivity, save 60% energy. Multi-segment FLUX recovery system to make service time shorter and easier. The oven adopts a full enclosed design which is to prevent the N2 losing. The lowest Nitrogen contect:150ppm Under the circumstances of 300~1000ppm O2, the consumption of N2 is on 18m³/hr.
