We must always keep in mind the original intention and mission to provide customers with excellent welding heating equipment and solutions, and build Haobao into a global heating equipment leader. At the same time, Mr. Li also released the company's goals for 2022, which greatly encouraged everyone.

Subsequently, the heads of Haobao Marketing Center, various business units and functional departments took the stage one by one to summarize the work in 2021, and issued and elaborated the work plan for 2022. Clear goals, appropriate strategies and detailed action plans give everyone confidence that we will achieve our goals next year.

After lunch, the afternoon entered a more solemn link - the signing of the letter of authorization and performance commitment, the responsibilities of each department and the responsibilities and rights of the person in charge of the business department were clearly defined, and the person in charge of the business department also made a solemn performance commitment to the general manager.

After signing the contract, the consulting company Lin Zong explained the current lean management work progress and follow-up work planning and action deployment, and promised to help Haobao build first-class core competitiveness, which cannot be copied and replaced, and will be the first responsible person for quality and delivery. Mr. Lin's speech made all the staff, especially the marketing staff, more confident in successfully completing the target of 2022.
